About Nick

Hi! I'm Nick Allen. As a military child and ten-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, I've lived all over the United States and know very well the stresses of buying and selling a home.

During my time in the Coast Guard I was stationed on a Patrol Boat in the Pacific Northwest, at the Aviation Technical Training Center in Northeast North Carolina and finally, at the Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron right here in Jacksonville; where I met my wife and we welcomed our daughter into the world!

After nearly a decade in Jax I have lived and worked across the entire city; as far west as Cecil Field and as far east as Mayport, where my family and I now call home.

For as long as I have lived in Jacksonville I have forged lifelong friendships and fostered relationships with small business owners, teachers, first responders and military personnel in our area. These relationships help me keep a beat on the city. I look forward to using that knowledge to help you find your home in the Bold City!
