About Femmy

Femmy is proud to call Jacksonville home for 9 years! Before residing in Jacksonville, she lived in Georgia and New York. Once she received her Master’s Degree and PHD in Early Childhood Education from Walden University, Femmy begin a rewarding career specializing in helping special needs children and low-income families.  

Femmy has been married for 11 years, has 2 wonderful boys and became a stay at home Mom until joining the team at Weichert Realtors – Coastal City in Atlantic Beach FL.  Her 2 boys are into all sports especially golf, swimming, and basketball. So, if she is not working to help her customers sell their homes or helping buyers find their dream home, you can count on her being at either at swim meet or basketball game cheering for her boys and their teams!!

Femmy applies her completive spirit to her Real Estate career and gives the best service to her clients and community through effective communication.
