About Peter

I am the Broker and Owner of Weichert, Realtors, - Coastal City in Atlantic Beach, Florida. I have been in the real estate business since 2003 and have spent nearly all that time in the Jacksonville metro area market. I started this office as an independent brokerage in 2010, and we affiliated with Weichert, Realtors in December 2016. I have extensive experience in residential sales, representing both buyers and sellers in many transactions over my career. I have also spent many years in the area of property management, successfully managing residential properties, light commercial, and office space for many property owners over the years. I believe in, and always conduct business by, the Weichert Core Values. I always work to bring integrity in all my dealings, maintain professional standards, always try to create added value, provide personal service, and build relationships for life with my clients and customers.
